SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & TIMES: We ship twice a week (Mondays and Thursdays) via USPS First Class and Priority. Shipping is included in the cost of the items. If you need something shipped early (expedited) please contact us prior to completing your purchase to verify we can accommodate you.
RETURNS: We do not take returns for unsealed organic products as per our compliance with the Organic Certification Program. We cannot resell them once they are opened. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the item if there is something wrong with the quality; if you receive a broken or mishandled item, for example. We may ask for a picture of the item to verify the problem. We charge a 20% restocking fee for all other returns, unless the problem is on our end, then your item will be refunded or replaced at no cost to you. We do not accept returns for books, bulk items, or custom/synergistic blends.
